no really. I am enjoying listening to led zep just now and it sounds v good. I am beginning to think that tweaking the SBT is a bit like adjusting the weight on a record player needle, you can have light and airy or bass heavy, but to get a better overall sound then you need to go elsewhere and spend some money. Also it seems to me that the designers designed the sound to be optimal at the default priorities and buffer size, Soundcheck has done well to remove things that affect the sound eg WLAN, IR etc, but I don't think the overall musical sound has been improved by tweaking the priorities and buffers. -- SBGK ------------------------------------------------------------------------ SBGK's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=52003 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=91322 _______________________________________________ audiophiles mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/audiophiles
