I know we're straying off topic but one last thing. Does coax cable length really matter? Some people say you need a minimum of 1.5m to avoid reflections. If so - why do so many so called "high end" cable manufacturers sell 1m cables? You'd think they would want to advise their customers against this. And what about internal circuits in DACs, CD players, etc?
