Entirely missing the point:- People communicate for a purpose. On an audiophile website they wish to exchange information as to how to improve the sound of their system. When someone reports an improvement, others ask implicitly or explicitly whether whether the reported improvement is a real one, and whether they would be able to experience a similar improvement themselves; or whether the improvement may only apply to particular systems; or whether the person reporting the improvement is likely to be mistaken or simply unreliable If people report in exaggerated terms improvements based on things which are unlikely to make a difference then others are entitled to question ( or simply ignore) their findings
Whats so difficult to grasp about that?
