LOL!

So you're saying that changing buffer length is effectively the same as
applying EQ (change bass or HF)?

It's like saying that you have more money once you exchange one paper
bill into same amount of money but in coins. :)

Buffers are used to ensure continuity of data stream not for DSP.

So your statement demonstrates your lack of knowledge about how digital
audio works and that causes your delusional thinking.
