just a "computer" glitch. This can often be fixed with a xlinx chip
reset. (remove power to Transporter. Point remote at the transporter
while holding down the "1" button. while holding 1 button, restore power
to the transporter. On screen you'll see the "xlinx reset" message. You
can then release the "1" button. when finished, everything should be
back to normal.  this is needed once in a blue moon. I've had to do this
once or twice in 3 years with the Transporter and maybe once with the
Boom.  And same thing can happen with boom, SB3, transporter (i.e, the
old design models).
