That is exactly what I was talking about. So during the start up
procedure you set the Transporter for ethernet and you still get this
problem? If so then the fault may be with your router. Try turning the
router on and off. Also try connecting a different device (computer,
streamer, wired DVD player, etc.) in place of the Transporter and see if
the device is connected to your network.
