I did make a point of saying "less troublesome" and made no mention of sound quality since I firmly believe that all lossless audio codecs have the same sonic qualities. Please do not confuse lossless codecs with lossy codecs, such as mp3 and aac, as there may well be sonic differences between the various lossy codecs not to mention the differences between the various bit rates.
