+1 I'm in total agreement actually But many more forms of cancer have much better treatment and prognosis these days much better. And it is also the same rules as in dating you cant fix stupid (everything else can be negotiated and agreed on etc ) much of our problems are life style related it's easier to wait for a pill than do something proactive , like quit smoking and exercise and eat healthy. It is probably down to our finite life time and limited cycles our cells can copy themselves , I assume that the day we cure all cancer we also "cure" ageing .
