I'm sure that you could. Back when I was in college I worked in the facilities department as a draftsman and junior designer. There were several projects involving retrofitting labs for cancer research and even back then (mid 1970s) the professors had lots of money available for whatever new toys they needed. The magic word then and now is CANCER! By the way, please don't take this to mean that I am insensitive to the need for cancer research since I have lost several loved ones to this horrible disease, including my mother.
