I have very little use for or much to say about Harley, but Atkinson claims a degree in physics from a reputable school in the UK, and I see no evidence to base disbelieving that claim on. IMO there is no comparison of their technical writing. Speaking as a person who has done such things successfully, Atkinson could be hired as a technical writer and possibly be useful, our disagreements notwithstanding.
