looking at http://www.audioholics.com/gadget-reviews/slim-devices-transporter-digital-music-player-review/Transporterinside3.jpg/image_view_fullscreen that power supply you list is only for the screen isnt it? My issue is not that it boots but the screen is dead but that it takes a long time time to boot (confirmed by slimserver not seeing the transporter). I will take it to a local tech to see if there are any obvious signs of stress.
