Hi Okajima

We have plans to move to 3.4.x, mostly 3.4.12. What is the stable aufs3.x that 
I can patch to 3.4.x kernel? Is there any aufs specific test-suite that I can 
run to make sure its all stable with the kernel.

Yes, it is tough to reproduce.
Just to make sure, did you run those two loops in parallel?
