Try the aufs3.4 branch.
But you may meet some conflicts between linux-3.4.x and aufs3.4,
since aufs3.4 is for linux-3.4.0 only.
Generally you can solve those conflicts manually. "git-rebase" may be a
good solution too (but I don't know how to do it).

I am testing every aufs releases. So I'd recomment you to test aufs as a
generic filesystem firstly. But there are some differences between aufs
and an ordinary fs. See the aufs manual in detail.
