Puppet 4.x only supports Ruby 1.9.3 or higher, and ships a newer Ruby on
EL6.

I don't see a lot of point in continuing to support EL6 in new releases,
it ships its own old version of Augeas and EPEL6's ruby-augeas remains
on 0.4.1 anyway.
