I read it with similar reactions John.   It's hard not to be cynical
about such glowing prose.  It's been worded so carefully that it could
mean almost anything the reader wishes it to.   Same applies to the
authors of course ;-)   Which is why it will bring little joy to anyone
who knows what *can* happen.
