Just to clarify, folks, this NPRM does apply to GFA, so we are right in the firing line right now. So read my last email again and follow the links and read all about it. My reading of it in summary is that any club that runs training would have to pay CASA at least $600 for the start-up cost to continue what they are doing plus surveillance at $75 per hour from the time the CASA personnel leaves the office. Not on.
