In reality I don't believe any of the evidence for a badge claim under the
1000 km is sent outside oz. I think we should just make our own decision on
what is acceptable evidence. Besides there is only one person who cares if
you do do a gliding badge - you! There have been lots of 1000km flights
flown where the FAI diploma wasn't claimed.
