The main difference between AVGAS and Super (apart from filtration and
quality control) is that AVGAS has about three times as much lead in
it.
The additional lead increases the octane rating and also makes the
fuel "slipperier", giving it a subtle lubricating effect.
You can run automotive engines on AVGAS, but the lubricative properties
of AVGAS partly explain why you can't necessarily run aircraft engines
on Super. If the engine in your Motorfalke is a converted automotive
engine you probably won't have trouble with it, but some well-placed
phone calls to Scheibe might be the best way to find out for sure.
