I think there will be an exclusion zone given the current security
environment.
Someone at Kingaroy said there was one around the Tarong power station but
I've been unable to confirm.
A giant chimney might be quite vulnerable to even quite small aircraft.
No, of course Al-Q won't worry about busting an exclusion zone.
I'd really like to see the economics of this thing. Sounds like a
boondoggle to me but might be less ugly than zillions of windmills. Sure
hope it is a nett energy source not sink.
