Good stuff Adam.
The return on effort may not be visible directly to you or right now; 
a thought to hold when the outputs seem to be hitting black holes.
Also not to get disheartened when the facts are amended, or the 
journalist/sub-editor/editor changes the topic/emphasis/sense.
It is the continuous background hiss of visibility that reminds 
future participants that soaring can be a viable option.
It also helps blunt the effect of the continuous bagging being done 
by past participants who have left the sport for all the reasons that 
have previously been canvassed on the list.
