Good stuff Adam. The return on effort may not be visible directly to you or right now; a thought to hold when the outputs seem to be hitting black holes. Also not to get disheartened when the facts are amended, or the journalist/sub-editor/editor changes the topic/emphasis/sense. It is the continuous background hiss of visibility that reminds future participants that soaring can be a viable option.
