Not as such, but it does not matter how much you drink if you are dehydrated - you need salt to equal out the equation.

Discussions like this show that you loose salt during the day along with Water - without replenishing this salt (although very small amount) you drink what you like, but you are not absorbing it - it will just pass through you while you remain dehydrated.

Sports drinks are generally too much for gliding - you mostly only need water - but if you are doing long flights (>5 hours say) then it is a good idea to mix drinking between a sports drink and water (note, when I say sport drink, I do NOT mean the caffeinated type).
