You mean the entire British Gliding Association? Who fought for years
against any medicals on thwe grounds that it was a lot of money for little
to no demonstrable safety increase backed by statistics on their own
accidents. Most glider accidents are caused by brain failure it seems which
doesn't get picked up in any medicals.
