Unfortunately no. The reason SWER is such an issue, is that there is no database.
The reason for this is that they are private - not infrastructure.

If there was a database (and there is for mains power lines etc) then it could be installed into FLARM - which is what they do in Europe. It could also be put into SeeYou, WinPilot and XCSoar very easily to display, but not necessarily to warn.
