Just spoke to Dad, sounds like it was an interesting day to finish up on.

Blue, windy and generally ordinary conditions..

After the task was completed, Dad and Georgo met. The conversation was, how
fast did you go?! Dad's response was "98km/hr", Georgo responded, "oh well,
congratulations, you got me. 93km/hr"..

Later that night at prize giving, the daily results were called out.

"3rd, Georgo"...

"2nd, Robert Hart"...

...

"and 1st place for the day goes to... Bill Hatfield!"

Dad and Georgo look over at each other, throw their hands up in the air and
expressions of something like "well bugger me!"..

The CD then moved onto the final winners presentation, "Congratulations
Georgo, you've won Performance Class".

Dad said he's speach was short and sweet, but told at how he was totally
surprised by the result! Dad was 2nd by 40something points, well done Dad.

I believe Jo had an eventful day as well. Dad tells me that she almost
landed out near Tara, decided to make a re-start at 13:45 (I think, maybe
later too), and managed to pull off a Day win to clean up Club Class.
Congratulations Jo!! Guess that decision came down to 'do I want to have a
chance at winning, or loose and stay on task?'

Well, seeing as when ever a ASG29 wins, 'someone' basically says "it's the
ASG29, it is soooo much better than the V2, thats why it won". So it must
mean that the Shark is better than the V2 :( hahaha

Congrats Georgo and Jo!

Are there final scores yet anywhere? Otherwise, can someone let us know how
it ended up?

Thanks

Chris
