G'Day Adam I think you summarised the decision nicely in your first post. Because of the start of my flight I ended up wasting 1/2hr avoiding an outlanding. That gave me plenty of time to come to terms with the situation. If I continued and stayed on task after a start like that chances are I would lose the comp. I basically would have been giving up. Not giving up meant having to go back to restart (even though it was a very ordinary time to be starting!). If it didn't work out after giving it a decent shot then that was fair enough. Moping around a task would have been awful!! Hopefully you won't ever be in situation like that. But if you are I reckon you will find there wasn't much of a decision to be made.
