I have NEVER been given the opportunity to vote for our state reps-only for my
clubs SAGA rep, who then elects the state reps, so simply this statement is
incorrect- I have no control of the way my clubs SAGA rep votes, I can tell him
my thoughts but there is no obligation for him to vote that way. Not democratic.
The remaining Board

So the annointed few make better decisions than the many, who can just damn
well like it.-Not democartic.
The remaining 3 Board

SO Again no member DIRECTLY votes for these members, only " board" -Not
democratic
It is these three that your point is centered around in regard

Yep, and a direct election was not offered at that time, so there was no
choice, I wonder who decided on the options? Oooooh thats right-the board!-Not
democratic.
Simply we were deliberately put in a position where the outcome was pre
determined by the then board. This is no kind of democracy. This is a conjuring
trick, often used by the civil service, give 2 options which on close
examination are the same, and a third that is unacceptable-. See the HGFA
election method for how it should be done.

In fact it was the only option-Not democratic.

Not true, the option was never given.
Maurice has neatly laid out the power structure that keeps the 200 people that
have run the GFA for the last 20 years firmly entrenched-by rules of their own
making. not democratic at all.
Simply put, more spin, no substance
