I wonder how the auditors of this august organization deal with double dipping (voluntary pre payments?) and whether there is a component in their budget for non payment? Doubtless, instead of getting angry, someone with a bit of imagination could have a bit of sport with these guys... then again, soaring season will be here soon. Simon
