Bernard,

The Avier PNA will do that. Just hook the Flarm to it and it will use Flarm GPS and present Flarm targets on the display if you run XC

For under A$350 it is unbeatable. The screen is totally visible even in bright sunlight.

I have the 10 pin mini B USB connectors so both hardware serial ports are available and have a few data buffers to convert RS232 levels to the 3 volt TTL levels used by the AVier. This leaves one port free for a logger or a vario system like the B800. The connectors and buffers will soon be available from us on a production basis along with the 12 volt to 5volt car lighter power supply that comes with it but repackaged in one box with the data buffers. .

If I get a few orders up front I'll bring in another batch of Aviers or you can get one from Tim Mara at www.wingsandwheels.com

Good morning all!

One of my new ASH 31 Mi customers wants a low cost flight computer that
features a backlit moving map display and allows the running of XCSoar software.
The screen should be a bit larger than a normal PDA and if possible he would
like to integrate Flarm and an IGC approved data logger.

Any advice on the latest available low cost options would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Bernard
