These handicaps and reference weights are set by the GFA Handicap Committee which consists of a number of very experienced pilots, and operates through the National Competition Committee headed by Tom Claffey.
I suspect it would be more productive to address and queries or concerns about handicaps or reference weights to Tom, whose committee can explain the rationale behind them and/or correct any anomalies.
