I've been flying with a dog. Not my dog, but the instructor's who was in the back seat. Also in a Blanik. This was in NZ so maybe it does not count in terms of odd stories.
My cat used to travel to visit his parents on a motorbike. He preferred riding in a backpack worn facing forwards sitting on the tank under the faring. He used to get his head out and enjoy the ride. Maybe it was the Blanik which caused the legendary gliding cat to out his claws? At least my cat was travelling in style on a 1975 square case 900SS.
