There's plenty of guidance from SAAA. If you’ve built an EAB aircraft, you’re the manufacturer, you’re the authority that approves modifications. So if you want to put a camera mount on it, you just need to give due consideration in the design to make sure it doesn’t fall off (same as any other airframe part), test fly it, and get happy.
