Just to point out: this issue was prematurely marked RESOLVED and "Accepted as Marked" before comments could be provided on issues in the text that need to be addressed before it should be added to the standard. I'm not sure what the proper lifecycle is for an issue is, but I don't think adding proposed text into the issue, and at the same time marking the issue RESOLVED with no time allowed for comments first, is correct. But, maybe I'm just misunderstanding what the RESOLVED status actually means. Cheers!
