108150 min number
108151    Set the value of MIN to number.  MIN is used in non-canonical mode 
input processing
108152    (icanon).
108153 time number
108154    Set the value of TIME to number.  TIME is used in non-canonical mode 
input processing
108155    (icanon).

Which, if we live in the same universe,
is the exact obverse of what that is?

These are fine in 1003.2-1992 Draft 11.2.

Proposed action:
On ll. 108152, 108155 replace "icanon" with "−icanon".
