A last nit I found is that in the citation of TRANSPORT-IND it says "Amsüss, C. and M. S. Lenders", where consistency would dictate "Amsüss, C. and Lenders, M. S." Martine noticed that this mixup of first and last names also affects other references here, in RFC-to-be-9952 and in RFC-to-be-9914. Other than that, I approve.
