* Is the text in the Abstract still accurate?

Per discussion with ADs, please add this (or something similar) to the abstract:

This document updates RFC4021 to extend the usage of the header field.

* Are the Authors' Addresses, Contributors, and Acknowledgments
sections current?

Yes.

2) Please share any style information that could help us with editing your

It's very short, intended to stand on its own.

3) Please carefully review the entries and their URLs in the
References section with the following in mind. Note that we will
update as follows unless we hear otherwise at this time:

They look OK. The reference to RFC822 is deliberate even though it's been obsoleted. The reference to RFC5322 might be updated if 5322bis is published first but the text is the same so there's no need to wait.

4) Is there any text that requires special handling?

Not that I can think of.

5) Would you like to participate in the RPC Pilot Test for editing in
kramdown-rfc?

No, we used mmark

6) Would you like to participate in the RPC Pilot Test for completing AUTH48 in
GitHub?

Sorry no.

7) Is there anything else that the RPC should be aware of while editing this
document?

No and thanks.
