Hi Amanda, I approve all three changes to the TLS ExtensionType Values registry. Two of them are just bookkeeping: adding the [RFC9846] reference to status_request and supported_groups. No concerns there.
The only one worth a second look is cached_info, where the TLS 1.3 column goes from empty to "CH, EE". That's the right value. The client sends it in ClientHello and the server confirms in EncryptedExtensions, so CH, EE matches how the extension actually works in 1.3. That should give you the second approval alongside Rich's.
