Hi Jean,
I've looked through the first half (through ch. 7), and will try to get
through the rest in just a bit. I haven't found much so far:
1) At the top of p. 29, there's a section heading titled "6Selecting"...
2) There's a little table on p. 44 that might need a caption and table
number (although this was probably intentional).
3) There are references on pp. 172 and 173 to Figure 109. The cross-refs do
take you to Figure 109, but I think this isn't the figure that was
intended...it's a print options dialog, not anything to do with the security
options discussed on 172-173. It should probably be Figure 122.
Hopefully more later...
