Haven't had as much time as I thought, but here's a report for Ch. 8-9:
Ch8, p. 249: Table on this page has no caption or #.
In Ch. 9, there are three more cross-ref errors:
1) p. 290 The reference to figure 227 should refer to 235.
2) p. 291 The reference to figure 225 should refer to 236 (I think).
3) p. 292 The ref to figure 224 should refer to 238.
