Not that I agree, mind you, but if you want to comply with the "generally accepted" terminology (that is fall into compliance with Micro$oft, etc.), you should use:
Spreadsheet --> Workbook
Sheet --> Worksheet
...I would say either do it completely or don't do it at all.
That is fine also.
I prefer the term Spreadsheet over Worksheet because, if nothing is called a spreadsheet, why is it a spreadsheet program?
As long as there is some distinction made between the file as a whole and one of the tabs, I will be a happy camper. :)
What would you suggest?
