I just tried it. The answer is "yes and no" :-) The ToC is in a section that ends in a line break. If the ToC goes longer than one page, then the first page of the body goes to a left page. But all you have to do is delete the page break to fix this. To delete the page break, put the cursor on the last line of the Copyright section and press backspace :-) So it's trivial to fix.
