However, AFAIK no one has done anything about migrating the V1 chapter to V2 or (alternatively) writing a replacement chapter. Vincenzo Ponzi is listed as the author on the V2 outline, but he is working on other things these days; somewhere in the Authors archives are some notes from him saying he's happy for others to take over the chapters he originally wrote for V1.
I suspect (but have not looked into this closely) that there are many more things one could say about tables of data that should be in this chapter but aren't in the V1 version... for example, having to do with calculations.
I would like to see the chapter on tables renamed "Working with Tables of Data" because tables can also be used for page layout, and that info should (IMO) be in a chapter on page layout along with stuff on frames and sections.

Rick, I encourage you to migrate and rewrite this chapter, if you have time and want to do it, and if no one else is already doing it.
