Reading that statement of Hentzen's, I am not sure that he is agreeing
to what he thinks he is agreeing to.
Does Hentzen understand that the CC part of the dual license that
OOoAuthors changed to allows for a competitor to publish Andrew's
book, with neither Andrew, nor the publisher getting any royalties?
