Reading that statement of Hentzen's, I am not sure that he is agreeing to what he thinks he is agreeing to.
Does Hentzen understand that the CC part of the dual license that OOoAuthors changed to allows for a competitor to publish Andrew's book, with neither Andrew, nor the publisher getting any royalties?
It's only one chapter, not the entire book, that is covered by the CC part of the dual license, because that is all that has been provided to us. How does that allow a competitor to publish the book?
