I'd like to say that I also miss the installation chapter. Ours was so much more readable than the setup guide.
That's certainly true! You wrote it, and you write very readable docs, Daniel -- some of the best I've ever read.
Maybe this is something to look at for later? Perhaps as a separate doc, if not a chapter in the Getting Started book? Certainly worth considering.
