I'm impressed, you got it essentially right up to the "and". The last bit was very coloquial (from Venezuela). Hhhmm... I'm not sure how to translate it. The most direct translation would be "we're even", but in English that has a negative connotation that the original doesn't have. It roughly means "we're the equal".
The word "par" can be translated as either "even" or "pair". Which makes sense, since the words "even" and "pair" are related.
Babelfish translated it as: "You do not worry velveteen. I now simply speak in Spanish and ahi we are even." Probably it is programmed for Castilian Spanish, not Venezuelan, as it missed on "pana" and gave up on "ahi".
