Hi All, The ECDL can be done using OpenOffice.org. The ICDL Foundation (ECDL in South Africa) developed course material for doing the E/ICDL using GNU/Linux and OpenOffice.org. They are currently completing their OOo v2 material which should be available just after the launch of 2.0.
This training material is available free of charge to all E/ICDL training houses in South Africa (I'm not sure about the rest of the world) and there are modified examinations for certification as well.
