Sounds good. I will add some of the links to the front page of the knowledgebase when I get the first chance. I actually emailed a few places about (Forums, Web-dev etc) to see about getting the URL put up on their sites, but got no response. I agree with the cross promotion idea. I also think it is important to track what questions people are asking. That is why I have started to adjust the KB to list the last five questions, and am working on the top-ten most frequent questions. It helps to see where the issues are for most people, and allows me to focus on adding more details regarding those questions.
