I also have been responding with emails regarding info on the KB and guiding people to the site. I also do a monthly posting to the users,discuss and authors list to remind existing users, and educate new users to what the KB is about. I sent email to both the site, the web-dev list and also the forums for getting a link added, but nobody replied? If you know a better way, please let me know.
