I just took a look at the site. I really like it. The design is *very* clean. There's nothing extraneous and nothing missing. I'd definitely like it to be used more.
Are you involved in the users list? It seems like a place to start promoting the KB. Ideally it'd be linked to from the main OOo website so people can find it there, but getting them to fix the site is a near impossibility :(
