Nah bad idea on the "no blocking email". That opens us all up to
spam. I think we can leave the process in place as it is just when
they join the new member fills out the form and the managers are all
notified so we can ensure they are not left trying to figure things
out on their own.
I will not change the process :-) only the steps ...
If a person subscribe the list, his mails will no longer blocked ,
thats the same like yet and thats what I mean! :-)
Then he can join oooauthors.org and send a mail to list...
